Instead of sharing a practice, they built a hospital.

Two brothers, the same medical training, the same specialty — and a productive disagreement about almost everything else. That combination is what shaped the medical team at Espaço da Plástica: every case passes through two trained sets of eyes that hold each other accountable, the way only brothers do.

At the operating table, trust is not talk: it is procedure. That is why the Anache Anbar brothers took their choice of plastic surgery to its logical conclusion — an entire hospital dedicated to a single specialty, where the team, the operating room and recovery all exist for the same craft.
